Christina began her fitness journey as a dancer. Her pursuit to better her craft has led her to take up courses by flexibility coaches to better her understanding of anatomy when it comes to flexibility and mobility training.
As a pole dance instructor, she has understood the importance of cross-training to lessen the likelihood of injuries. So, apart from mobility and flexibility, she has added strength training such as deadlifts, bench and squats into her workout routines.
The gym stopped being intimidating once Christina saw the benefits of strength training. She enjoys it so much that she gyms regularly and adoringly calls it her "meat-suit maintenance" days.
Christina's Spotify playlist shuffles between rock and muscial genre as she hopes to empower her students to find harmony between strength and mobility.
