Jeremy's journey to becoming a personal trainer was inspired by his love for Cristiano Ronaldo and strength training.
Once he perfected his lifting form and technique, he saw a change in his physique and pursued a personal training certificate and diploma in food science and nutrition.

With no prior experience in the gym , I started out with Jessica with the intention to strengthen and tone my body. She is an amazing and patient PT who makes me feel at ease working out as a beginner, at the same time constantly motivating me to push my limits. Been training with Jeremy for more than 6 months and he is an excellent personal trainer. He makes the efforts to learn and understand your goals and coaches you towards your target. He is always concerned about your well being during training and takes extra precautions to work around any existing injuries that you may have. 5 stars for him !!!

My husband and I engaged Gecelia as our personal trainer over 10 sessions and it was a pleasant experience! The reason why we specifically requested for Gecelia it’s because she is certified with training postpartum and she was indeed very careful with our comfort level, however pushing us out of it whenever possible. It was a great balance and time passes so quickly when we had fun! We enjoyed it even more with her approachable and easygoing nature, I think it is an important factor for newbies in the gym ;) Thanks Gecelia for kickstarting our PT journey – will definitely ring you up if we need a PT again!

Me and my friend have been training with Jessica for the past 6 months and both our results are impressive! Jessica provided us with tailored workout plan, taught us how to engage the muscles during the training, we feel stronger after every session. On top of that, she gives us lots of dietary suggestions based on our lifestyle and because of that, so far we both have been eating clean without feeling that we are depriving ourselves. This journey has by far been nothing but pleasant and fun! Strongly recommend to train with Jessica if you are ready to put in the effort to achieve your fitness goal!

I have been training to Gary for 6 months now and I highly recommend him!! He has a calm and pleasant personality and he is a great motivator :) – perfect combination for my 6am sessions.
He has a great understanding of human anatomy and is able create customised training sessions that focus on specific muscle groups.
He also likes to bring like minded people together. I have met new people through his hiking group and we also participated in the 2023 spartan race as a group! I wish Gary all the very best and highly recommend him!

I’ve been training with Shaun, and I highly recommend him! Despite my challenging conditions, which are quite a bit tougher compared to others (I’ve got many hurting parts, need foot rehabilitation, but I still want to gain muscle), Shaun has provided me with just the right training. After each session I could feel/see my progress. The PT sessions I did before was all about enduring but now I’m actually enjoying the workouts. I strongly recommend Shaun!

I worked with Timothy for about 7 months in 2022 – and it was one of the best health/fitness decisions I have taken in a really long time. He is extremely knowledgeable in various aspects – strength, conditioning, rehab, physiology, sports massage. All of this made the sessions very purposeful and he was able to help me reach my goals by looking at the multiple aspects. Rates are also very reasonable and he is also very patient and generous with his advice and tips. Needless to say, we really got along and he is a trainer-turned-friend! I would and already have recommended him to my close friends!
