Nat strongly believes in using fitness as a means to build self-confidence, regardless of whether one is a competitive athlete, a sedentary office worker looking to become active, or recovering from an injury.
Having been a once-overweight individual who eventually became a national athlete, Nat is all too familiar with the challenges and obstacles one faces on their fitness journey. He had to overcome body image and time management issues, as well as multiple injuries, which he used as an opportunity to develop physical training plans for his university team.
With the help of strength training, Nat was able to conquer his injuries and regain confidence in his capacity to move. His goal is to assist his clients in doing the same by focusing on building strength, power, and movement capacity.
